Of course, I still remember getting a transfer from Customer Service (these morons know absolutely nothing about computers) where the stupid twit showed the even dumber client how to enter the registry and told him to just delete everything that sounded like it belonged to us. By the time I was talking to this poor user, every single program resulted in an "unspecified path" error. If you don't know how to uninstall the damn thing, don't fake it!
