it's called "winter." side effects include moisture inside the big blue room in a form of exsistance known as "snow." teperatures have been known to fall as low as 129 below farenheit (-89C). it does, of course, take the landlord six months to turn on the air conditioning in the room however, usually when there is little need for it.
