Do people really think that just because they SAY that you can’t enter, you really can’t enter? Those disclaimers have absolutely no legally binding statements. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

It’s like those disclaimers that say “If you download any MP3s, you must delete them after 24 hours; they are only to be used for educational purposes.” It’s total bull. MP3s are illegal unless you have made them yourself from CDs you own. There is no other way to legally own an MP3, even if it is something you own on CD. Unless you specifically make the MP3s yourself, they aren’t legal. But people don’t realize that.

Let’s admit it: If this guy has ads on his webpage, and he’s hosting Ufie content, then he is breaking Illiad’s rules, plain and simple. Let’s hang him up by his shoestrings.
