I think it has to do with	by caffine-iv	2002-07-20 06:13:24
the fact that foo and bar are so obviously NOT anything real, that you have ot pause momentarily to remember if you're supposed to replace foo with your domain name (BIND setup!). Personally, "fubar" is a word that doesn't sit well with me to begin with. Something about the way it sounds, I dunno. The meaning doesn't have anything to do with it =P Just the sound.
