1. Can't really tell age (not juvenile tho) or color, too dark, but medium height, slight build, probably male (from silouette)
2. Old man or woman (60+) can hardly see over the steering wheel.
3. 3 to 4 police, mixture of light and dark races, a dozen suspects all mexican except one (Unfortunately I see this a lot since I live less than 20 miles from the US-Mexico border) all the officers are wearing Border Patrol uniforms and the van that the the dozen people apparently came out of seems only roomy enough for half of them. The only guy cuffed is white and was apparently the driver. The rest are sitting around looking scared.
