sounds like a dead cmos battery, computer won't boot if it can't remember ur harddrive specs, try replacing it, their pretty cheap. As a temporary fix, boot into ur bios and have it do an Auto-detect on the harddrive and boot straigh into it, u'll have to do that everytime u reboot
