Or, rather, how is being accepting of someone because they're a bigot - a choice they made - anything remotely like being accepting of a child with HIV, who did nothing to catch it except being born? I think you're confusing the possible actions of the parent with those of the child, unless you think it's okay to judge someone for what their mother or father did. While you may be okay with the idea of teaching children to hate, it's just not a good idea. Oh, but I forgot. Anyone with HIV is instantly an immoral person who God is smiting with this disease. Given the choice, I'd much rather children be indoctrinated with a politically correct behavior than with your mindset. If I had children, I'd much rather them play with other children who have HIV than with yours, because there is nothing a child can contract that's as harmful as blind bigotry. |
