You want them to teach sexual safety? I think their target audience is *slightly* off.

Think of the CONTEXT, teaching kids to treat other kids with the same courtesy and respect, no matter what their condition, especially when it had nothing to do with any action on their part.

Now if you want to institute a separate program for the adults to teach them responsibility and consequences of their actions, that would be good, too. But I *really* think Sesame Street would be a *bad* place for that.
