I would have agreed when I was in high school, except we didn't say the pledge. I had one teacher that required we swear not to have cheated, writing her prescribed oath on the back of the tests. I refused, writing instead "I did not cheat". Her oath bugged me, and I would have pursued it if she'd insisted I write it. If class action suits are not possible in such situations, find someone who feels wronged to file on their own behalf. |
