The Supreme Court has Made Several Ruling by rwrannells 2002-07-12 10:06:35
The currency case was the exception, not the rule. The currency case was more based on creativity of design rather then a goverment endorsement of religion. In the school prayer cases the endorsement of religion has always taken center stage and lost. The only thing thus far upheld by the supreme court is a moment of silence, which was ruled to be sufficiently neutral as to not violate the separation of church and state.
