You and all the ones with that same asinine argument are pure hypocrites.
"It doesn't matter that it wasn't there to begin with?" This means that any sort of historical perspective doesn't matter, nor do the reasons it was changed matter.
What other arguments do you idiots use? Why, "it's historical" and "you have no reason to change it".
You whine that we are whining to change it.
You object that we are "attacking your religion" by our attempt to enforce NO religious restrictions!
You say we just want something to "cry discrimination about" and therefore shut us up (can you say counter-discrimination?).
You say we are "insecure in our beliefs" because we object to having your beliefs shoved down our throats by an allegedly religious neutral government.
Every one of your arguments is made solely to shut up the minority, because his dissenting opinion challenges your right to insinuate your religion into the government and gain power.
