[Deep African accent] Hello. I need your help urgently. I am the minister of finance for the Republic of Togo. A wealthy Japanese industrialist has passed away in our beloved country leaving a sizable bank account. He has no airs, and under Togo law, that money is to go to the Goverment general fund. Since no one else in the country knows about this, I have siezed the funds. I need you to call me right away. I need an american bank account to deposit the money into. If you are willing to help me, I will gladly pay you a fee of 10%. Since the Japanese Industrialist has left behind over $100 Million, this fee will amount to $10 Million. I will await your call.
