but I prefer irc for chatting. Actually, it's (for the most part) all the same to me - I use Gaim for both anyway (uses the same interface - really neat). It's just that I can easily be on irc from work (yay for PuTTY, screen, and ircii), while I can't be on a graphical aim client (I use naim, which doesn't support AOL chat). SN: corby911 beez
