they have to broach the subject blood transfusions, needle sharing, or pedophila (assuming the female muppet character is a child), which is something that I certainly wouldn't want to try to explain to their 3-7 year old audience. Having her get it from her mother certainly makes the most sense, especially since they quoted all those statistics on females of childbearing age. beez
