...it's not even a joke. I'd treat that as an attempted assault and tell the punk's manager that you want the police called and charges filed. If his manager won't, then call the cops yourself. No sane person runs at or wrestles with another person while holding an open knife. (If other people saw this, all the better... secure witnesses...) BTW, in my workplace, I can get fired for even being in possession of anything larger than a box cutter.
