He abused the trust and authority placed in him, but anything beyond that point is pure conjecture from the evidence that the media has provided to this point. "i'm not saying he is scum... but i'm 90% sure that he could be." ... Couldn't we all? He failed in his duty, breaking the faith placed in him for an instant, but that does not immediately declare him the lowest common denominator. Will we ever hear the full story? Doubtful. Will the media do its best to inflame the situation for ratings? Youbetcha.
