Many times working security I had to 'help' people out of the areas I was in, with and without help from the police. We were dealing with people are hardcore drugs, belligerent drunks, and people of all races. Not once did I, any of my coworkers or the police we dealt with assault a controlled person.
It's one thing to have to kneel on someone's back to get the handcuffs on. It's another to assault someone who isn't resisting, is in restraints, is slightly mentally handicapped, and you and your fellow officers outnumber the people you are arresting 5+ to 2.
I'd very much like this cop to spend time in jail.
