They keep a public trust, and when they abuse their trust, they should suffer worse penalties for it. I have my own opinion of what we all have seen, plus I have the opinion of a 3-year officer, who at worst is knowledgable, and possibly could be regarded as expert on the use of force. Pending additional facts, if this is how it appears, he is scum of the earth and deserves punishment accordingly.
