I was in joint enrollment my senior year of high school which meant I took college courses in the morning, and then went to school the rest of the day. Talk about really really feeling like spending the rest of the day in hell. In Georgia though I was still able to get financial aid.

Too bad you are in the wrong state. Yeah, I do think there is some sort of grounds for intellectual discrimination. Good luck getting anywhere with it. Actually just about anything that seems discriminatory can fall under the Due Process clause of the Constitution.

You could always claim that your intelligence has created a disability that hinders you and therefore you are subject to the Americans with Disabilities Act.
