Did you try the memory stick in another NT4 computer? I ask because different OS's use the memory in different ways, and a problem stick might appear to work fine if you booted it up in Win98 or Linux or something else.

However, with a memory address as low as the one the STOP error is reporting, it'd more than likely cause problems in any OS. Still, it's something to think about unless you'd really rather swap motherboards. I think I would, but that's just me.
