Windows NT 4 Troubles by LeiraHoward2002-07-09 09:07:14

1)I've only got one HD in, and only the one CD as well. This is a pretty much barebones system, with the video and network built into the board.

2) BIOS virus detection is turned off.

The one stick of memory in the board worked properly in another board. This MB is mounted in a rackmount case in an airconditioned server room, I've opened it and the fans all work properly. The internal temperature sensors are all reporting things are good, as well.

The really annoying thing about this is that the entire system worked properly until last Friday, when the network admin started playing with it. It started kicking out the BSODs then, and now it's up to me to fix it. I may try to find another memory stick to put in it. Depends.

Anyway, check out the BSOD text (in another post someplace). Maybe that'll give you some ideas. Thanks for your input.
