Although I was thinking memory problems as well. Might be worth downloading a memory check tool (sorry, no links) and giving it a thorough going-over. If you have the option you can also test the modules by removing them one at a time until it stops crashing.

Can you post the full text of the top two lines of the BSOD please? They take a little interpretting, but they will usually tell you what the problem is.
