I also have a broken and dislocated finger. Fortunately for me it is on my left hand and I'm right-handed. But typing does suck. For a few days I could only type with my right hand; now I can use a couple fingers on my left to help out. It is still a chore though, and I probably have a month more of this (already been splinted for a month now). I didn't realize such a stupid little break could cause so much trouble until I actually got one.
