But for the moment mainly.
But the main point is, that the US have no real right to dictate to the Iraqi what type of government they will have just because it's more convenient that way.
The US role there is over. They were called in to get Iraq out of Kuwait, it's done.
Anything else is gross interference, not only that, but it will breed up exactly the kind of resentment that leads to terrorism.
