I agree with you. As I said, our discussion is mainly semantic. You call the reaction of the black man in Harlem instinct, I call it reacting to fear, which is the same.

And in evolution, i think i agree as well. My point is: we SHOULD give people freedom of speech. The fact that the KKK-dude or the pedophile does not GET it, can completely be explained and is 'logical'.

Back to the US policy, how this discussion got started: By not giving the international tribunal in The Hague a chance, rationality is set a step back by the US. Therefor, you could say that the US is holding back civilization. Isnt it?
