What gives the US right to step in on their own initiative? By your statement Bush or the US has no right, only the Coalition does and the origin for this discussion is Bush and the US, Not the coalition. Which awards this thread 0 points for irrelevance. This agreement if any should be handled by the joint coalition or by the Hague, not by the self-proclaimed "biggest member of the coalition". And I still say that the US has no sovereignty outside of the US. On the International courts the International laws must abide. Especially when more than one country is involved in an agreement.
