If I would claim the Wall-mart is mine, would that give you the right to attack me, just because you buy your stuff there? Because you are dependent on the Wall-mart for your groceries?

No way, Kuwait is not US 'territory'. The invasion of Iraq was just inconvenient to the US. That's all.
