What punishment do you think the Serbs would give Milosevic? He is too powerful among them! One great example: Pinochet. The whole country wants to hang him up the highest tree, but the judges are too scared to judge him. "No, he is too old", "No, he is too sick". These problems will be gone when an international and independent court would have this case. Every one is given the same treatment, and will get his fair punishment (or not, if judged innocent)
