Iraq gave up some national sovereignty by slayer 2002-07-09 01:48:27
when they agreed to the terms of the peace plan which established no-fly zones and weapon inspectors. They gave up some rights so they could keep their nation. That's how treaties work.

I beleive "international courts" are complete duff. The people should be able to try their own leaders. Serb justice for Serbs, American justice for Americans.

And things like friendly fire in Afghanistan are why we don't want others being able to try our soldiers.
