Man... everybody got into screaming and insulting each other's religion, it seemed. I stopped reading, but I keep coming back to it. It's very interesting but I can't quite remember who thought what and who was on whose side...

I never had trouble with people preaching their faith at my door. Whenever they did, I friendly told them I wasn't interested and good luck with the rest of the round. They always left without holding a grudge.
It saddens me to hear that apparently some christians think that wicca's and wicce's are deluded idiots, that want to stop all scientifical progression. I, for myself, do not.
I reluctantly accept vivisection if it is for the good of man, animal and the world, I'll just not tolerate it as a means of testing a new lipstick. Why? Because I do not need lipsticks to survive and because there are methods of testing that don't involve animals.
Science always starts of making mistakes. Dommage, but it's not always predictable. We should try to invent all kinds of things, but not willingly and knowingly take unnecessary risks.
Sigh.
