Viennese shred!  

  
Added: 
(for 2 Pers.)  

2 calf shreds (ever 150 - 200 g) 
Salt 
Pepper 
to 2 go. EL flour 
to 2 go. EL Semmelbroeseln (Paniermehl) 
1 gr. Egg 
something milk 
Oil to out cheeks 
possibly butter 
1/2 lemon (as untreated as possible) 


 

 The shreds coldly rinse off, drying easy dab and knock (plate).  

 Flour and Broeseln in ever a plate or a flat dish give.  

 The egg in a deep plate with something milk and easily 
gesalzen gush.  

 The shreds with salt and pepper rub in.  

 Now the shreds turn successively first in the flour, pull
 toward it by the egg and turn on the conclusion in the 
 Broeseln (Paniermehl).  

 3 EL oil in a pan heat up, which shred 2 - 3 minutes 
anbraten, turn and to 1 go.  EL butter add.  
Far 2 - 3 minutes roast.  

 Roasted shreds to drip off let serve 
(with kitchen role the fat to possibly dab) and with a 
lemon disk.  


In addition e.g. serve potato salad.  See  salad prescriptions .  

Traditional Viennese the shred is always prepared with calf meat.
