I can't be reading BOFH. For instance, someone just called wanting help enrolling in their online banking. I told them they need to download the high encryption pack from MS because they only have 40 bit on their browser.
Then, while they are beginning the download, I mention. Oh, btw, the enrollment hours for the bank end in 14 minutes. Have a nice day. Click.
True, it's not near as evil as BOFH, and is actually legit procedures, but I feel influenced. This is not a good thing. ;) |
