piece of advice: keep a bottle of Maalox on your desk (you'll need it for the day you re-set the same user password 25 times before they finally figure it out ;) we re-set one users password about that many times -- we set it to 55555 and said "your password is five fives" she was typing in the phrase "fivefives" instead of '55555' the light went on after doing this for about an hour or so and i told the admin to ask her what she'd been typing and low-and-behold if she wasn't typing the phrase --- we gave out a collective "doh!")
