It was kickstart; I am just I hired gun brought on board to make sure the rules are followed. shrug And the rule has been around longer than the end of last year, but it has only been quite so publicly diccussed since kickstart appointed me as moderator because it was his stated intention to make sure that rules were consistently enforced.
