WOW - and where do you live now?
You know, it was not so unproblematic to find a flat for me either, since i want to know what i rent, befor i sign a contract.
I traveled there (signed my work contract, opened a bank account, etc, without knowing where to live), and made 1 week "holliday". I contacted several real estate brokers, and finally found a flat, which whoul make least headaches.
(You know, there are LOTS of COOL flats in Neustadt, because it has a historical background, there are renovated flats with ramparts and a medivieal flair, while still beeing absolutely 21st century)
