my version:
get out of bed between 11PM and midnight
start work at midnight
do some work / surfing /work surfing ...
get some lunch at about 6 or 7 AM
finish work / surfing at 8 AM
do whatever i want until about 2 or 3 PM (don't forget dinner)
go to bed
NO Problem!
first i tried to go to bed just after work, but i started missing the sunlight! I switched my sleeping hours --> no problem since then! (exept when i go to bed a bit to late!) Also try to keep the same schedule over the "weekend", it's much easier on the body if you don't "switch timezones"!
P.S. Try to stay off the alcohol! Even after work! Also try to get enough sleep (8 hours) ! |
