I am not trying to take over the cook-book, just trying to bring some attention to it (I did refer to the comments in the news section and the original thread there). The fact is that I was not aware that all of this was really going on untill I read the comments in the news section (it may just have been the fact that I haven't really participated on the board since june 15th when my father-in-law died - but I have tried to read the comments board and don't remember reading anything about this here) and since I knew that some of us had cooking threads in our diaries I thought it would be perfect to use them, they are already in english and even more approprately they are available here in the UF community.
