And the only thing we have in the cities is the occasional donkry. My first winter I was going down the street with a colleague and we saw a roadside meatstore. "What kind of meat is that?" he asked. I gestured to the (also on sale) donkey head. That's what happens when a donkey collapses on the street here - the nearest butcher buys it! Steaming guts are not as disgusting to look at as i had imagined! they are just purple and ... steaming! BTW: Cow-tipping sounds like a self-LARTing activity!
