Annoying HTML/network question by Kickstart 2002-06-25 16:42:51
I need to be able to set something up so that a hyperlink on my intranet will start a program on the clients machine. For examples, I want to be able to click on a link to '\\machinename\vnc\vncviewer 10.0.50.232'. The problem with that is:

I can get them to run '\\machinename\vnc\vncviewer', but the space screws them up. I can't use '\\machinename\vnc\vncviewer%2010.0.50.232' or '\\machinename\vnc\vncviewer?10.0.50.232'. Those just won't work.

The page is created by PHP. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks,

KS
