Well, it seems to work with the local 'utilities'.
Using the root 'utile' which would imply being of some use. This of couse is not true.
Whenever my cable goes out (at least once a week now), I get on the phone and bitch out the service. No, I'm not nice to the customer service people. Originally, I was, but that never generated any results. Now, I'm nasty when I call. I bitch and moan about how this is ongoing and never seems to be fixed right. I demand to speak to a supervisor (who always seems to be too busy to come to the phone), and usually end up telling them that I will take the matter to the apartment management (who is already aware of the ongoing problems and is working on finding a 'solution').
Yesterday, I finally got a 'response' from a supervisor. Too bad I was at the management office dropping off a formal grievance letter regarding the situation. We'll see if they've managed to fix the service by time I get home from work today. If not, they can expect ANOTHER call from me...
