I did change my name years ago. by glenalec 2002-06-25 00:46:13
But all I did was hack off the family name.
Glenn = of the small valley
Alexander = defender of the people
Glenn Alexander = defender of the valley (or valley people)
I like it.
My Chinese name is Wei Sha Gu which means defender of the valley (assuming my wife was honest about her translation). She says it is a silly Chinese name but I like to retain the meaning rather than the sound, though GeLan = Blue Sword which is sort of cool if you're into that sort of thing.
