I usually go roughly no more than (40-50, possible slower depending on the weather) on snow and avoid the interstate altogether on icy roads/bad enough snow. I was reffering to what i've seen plenty of others do, whiz by with someone right behind 'em going that fast (keep in mind that it was during snow, and the speed limit is 60mph). My biggest gripe about slick roads is that I don't have anti-lock brakes on my car.
