Signs you weren't meant to go to business meeting by crash_2002-06-23 15:04:35
Rember the big snowstorm in the south? by Freakazoid 2002-06-23 15:46:54
Ya, big as in 3 whole inches! shut down the whole fwarking airport as me, my brother, and my parents, and my grandma were coming back from disney world in florida. got stuck in Atlanta overnight after getting the 1st flight canceled, moved flights, having that one cancled, moving flights, and having that one cancled (last one for the day) Total time so far: like 7-9 HOURS in the atlanta airport, then hainvg to wait in line for a hour and a half so we can get re-scheduled for the next flight out the next day and finally getting out (time: like 2am), then waiting in the cold for a cab(and not having a winter coat, not counting on having to wait outside that long on the way back), finally getting to a hotel room and getting all of like 6 hours of sleep before having to wake up for the trip back (all at our expense, hotel, and the 2 taxi rides) thankfully, that day, the trip back was uneventful.

Gads, tho, 3 fwarking inches shut the city down, people were driving like old ladies (no offense intended) on the roads. 3 inches of snow up here is like nothing to most of the idiot drivers (like, still following you 1/2 a car length away at 70 MPH (that's 113KPH for everyone else in the world))

oh, and </rant> guess I kinda got started ranting there.
