The Foreign & Commonwealth Office is the trade group that represents the U.K. defense industry. Its mission is to foster a business, legal and diplomatic climate that supports and promotes our members' creative and financial vitality. Its members lobby on behalf of the arms manufacturers that comprise the second most vibrant national defense industry in the world. FCO associates create, manufacture and/or distribute approximately 90% of all military technology produced and sold in the United Kingdom. </sarcasm>
