that since 4 only appears twice it is most probably a stand alone character (ie it doesn't double as anything), this means that 2 must also occasionally be a stand alone character as it precedes 4 at the begining of one of the words.

2 does pair sometimes though as evidenced by the 12 pair that occurs 3 times.

Further since we know that at least one word is composed entirely of single digit characters it follows that the word in question be one of the shorter words. This is because the chance of no letter that is signified by a digram being present in a word decreases as word length increases. The most likely candidates for this are 418, 156, and 6230. Of these 156 is the least likely since 15 occurs 3 times and is probably a digram character. Of the two that remain 418 is most likely since 4 is an established stand alone character and 1 has already been demonstrated to occasionally have this property. This leads to the conclusion that 8 can also be a stand alone character.
