Crypto Thread by Kickstart2002-06-22 04:00:03

I figure now might be a good time to post my thoughts on this thing to see if anyone else can add what they've come up with. Anyway here goes:

1 is most likely meaninful by itself and in pairs as if it is meaningful in pairs only it produces a large number of letters that occur only once, which isn't likely.

3 must also be meaningful by itself and in pairs since it follows a 0 at the end of one word where said zero would more likely pair with the 6 before it into the 60 grouping or stand alone rather than make a 03 pair that occurs only once. It must also be meaningful in pairs because of the 32 grouping that occurs 4 times. (not a likely coincidence)

probable pairs: 32, 87, 13, 15, 12, 78 (but 78 only if 87 is thrown out)

The second to last word has some strangeness going on since the probable 13 and 32 pairs produce a word with two double letters shoved together. There can't be many such words so finding the ones that do exist might be a key to breaking this code (unless that word happens to be part of a proper name)

As someone has pointed out previously 87872 and 12131 both occur twice which is a rather strange coincidence. I see no way of applying the fact to finding a solution yet though.

I have also found no way of applying hints number 1 & 2 to anything at all.

Would greatly appreciate if others could add their thoughts to this thread and work towards a solution as I'm a bit stumped myself.
