Tried like, almost exactly like that earlier and it didn't work, tried it again, just in case (as this is a fresh re-compile). Tried grabbing a 5Meg example file from my computer (not the one running apache) and it was cranking out at 50k/sec. Unless I've got it in the wrong location? I dunno. I've got it right below the commented line block:
