:) never had a problem putting together their stuff, actually like it better that they don't give broken English in the directions and use just pictures. Compared to other furniture of similar price, Ikea stuff is sturdy and looks like real furniture. Great for students and those who recently were students because it is cheap, but still decent quality (no, it won't last to be an heirloom for the grandkids, but that's not what it is sold as either) And hey, every store I have been in has the business cards of people who will assemble ti for you if you're too lazy or mechanically disinclined... I think it is good stuff, and, well, most of my apt is done up in Ikea... :)
