sure, and install all the weekly patches and don't run more than one application at a time and did you reboot Today yet ? If all user blame fails, its STILL the users fault for not re-instaling Windows every year as part of the spring cleaning process. blaming users is not part of the solution, they want software that just works... MS Windows/MS IE doesn't.
