does make us happy when we get a customer that realizes, "Oh, it's just going to take a bit of time for them to actualy fix it". I suppose those who don't realize this also think that an automotive mechanic should be able to fix a car with a magic wand as well. Woooosh! New transmision, fixed in 5 minutes =)
